This collection's documents focus on the spur track requested by the Pacific Construction & Timber Company. The company purchased logs from the N.W.I. Company and planned to ship all to Lake Washington via the railway, and planned to finish the shipment within a year. The Pacific Construction & Timber Company was offered approval should they lease the metal and pay for all other costs, including track removal at the end of the one-year lease term.
