This collection's documents focus on the necessary revisions to the bents on Bridges #20 and #27-1 near Issaquah and Fall City to allow construction of Sunset Highway. The work was quickly agreed upon and completed within two months, but the final costs were much higher than the estimates and caused King County to demand explanation.
